- 04The call. 60 minutes on Google Meet.
- 05The memo. A written Systems Memo within 2 working days.
The rules, up front
- Non-refundable. Once paid, the hour is yours to use, not to return.
- Movable, twice. Reschedule up to two times, until 24 hours before the start, from the link in your email.
- Bundles last six months. Book each later session from your bundle link, one upcoming session at a time.

What happens in the hour?
You bring the operation as it runs today; Dorian works through it with you: where the numbers come from, what is written down, what already runs by itself, and what you learn from it. You leave with a clear next step, and the written memo follows within 2 working days.
What is the Systems Memo?
A written summary after each session: what we found, what to build first, and how. It is yours to hand to your team or to bring back to the next session.
Can I get a refund?
No. Sessions are non-refundable. You can move a session up to twice, until 24 hours before it starts, from the link in your confirmation email.
How do bundles work?
You pay once for three or five hours and book the first session straight away. Each later session is booked from a link in your email, one upcoming session at a time. A bundle is valid for six months from purchase.
Where does the call happen?
On Google Meet. The link is in your calendar invite and in your confirmation email.
